At Shannon Benne, Our Developmental Educators work closely with families across various funding methods:

• NDIS self-managed and NDIS plan-managed participants (GST free)

• Private paying (self-funded) participants (plus GST)
    

Our services are offered at an hourly rate of $193.99 plus GST where applicable for private paying (self-funded) participants.

Fees and Payment Policy – Shannon Benne

• Services are charged at $193.99 per hour, including direct support, report writing, resources, and team communication.

• Travel fees may apply for home or community sessions.

• You’ll always be informed of fees in advance, including estimates for indirect support like reports or resources.

• Invoices are sent after each service and are due on the day of service.

• Private/self-funded clients must store card details in our secure portal—charges only occur with your consent.

• Unpaid invoices must be cleared before future sessions. Overdue accounts (28+ days) may be sent to a debt collector, with costs added to your account.

• If your NDIS plan is plan-managed and needs a PDF invoice (not a link), please let us know so we can send it manually.

• NDIS managed plans cannot be invoiced directly—please contact us to discuss options.

• If there are insufficient NDIS funds, the client is responsible for the outstanding amount.

• Please reach out if you're experiencing financial hardship—we’re happy to discuss payment options.
